Delete your Nuance account

You can delete your Nuance account inside the app or submit an external deletion request without having Nuance installed.

Directly in Nuance

In-app deletion

Users can permanently delete their account directly inside Nuance:

Relationships → Account and data → Delete account

In-app deletion is automated and cannot be undone.

Without app access

External deletion request

If you cannot open Nuance, use the public form. Verification may require the email address associated with the Nuance account.

Submit an external deletion request

The form works without installing Nuance.

Do not submit

Never submit passwords, private conversation contents, screenshots, relationship descriptions or unnecessary sensitive information through the form.

Nuance

Data generally deleted

Deletion generally removes the Nuance account and associated application data, including:

  • relationships
  • conversations
  • messages
  • attachments
  • generated replies
  • Coach information
  • Pattern Review information
  • relationship context
  • account-related credits and entitlements
  • application-related usage records
  • legal acknowledgement records

Data that may remain temporarily

Limited provider logs, security records, legally required records or backup copies may remain temporarily according to legitimate retention cycles. Immediate deletion from every third-party log or backup cannot be guaranteed.
